Bunting Aquaculture, Agriculture and Aquatic Resources Conservation Services (Bunting AAARCS)
Stuart W. Bunting is the founder of Bunting Aquaculture, Agriculture and Aquatic Resources Conservation Services (Bunting AAARCS), Suffolk, UK. Stuart completed his PhD from the Institute of Aquaculture, University of Stirling, UK. Stuart has over 20 years of research and consultancy experience concerning aquatic resources management, carbon footprint and mitigation assessments and sustainable agriculture, aquaculture and fisheries development in Europe and Asia. He recently completed a review ‘Evaluating opportunities for innovations across aquaculture product value chains for poverty reduction in Bangladesh and India’ working with the Institute of Aquaculture, University of Stirling, Nesta and Forum for the Future on a Global Innovation Fund sponsored project to design a ‘Challenge Prize in Aquaculture for Global Development’. He is committed to ensuring interactive participation in his research and has devised a process of integrated action planning to facilitate action research in support of joint assessment and decision-making by stakeholders. His book entitled “Principles of Sustainable Aquaculture: Promoting Social, Economic and Environmental Resilience” was published by Routledge in 2013.
